At Yellow Shoes, we want you to step out in confidence, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn footwear in its original packaging. Our goal is to ensure you find the perfect fit and style for your journey.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn shoes in their original box and secure them inside a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of arrival.
